Today on Flashpoints: Civil rights attorney and Green Party candidate for Congress, Robert Fitrakis, sues the Secretary of the state of Ohio, demanding that illegal patches implanted in critical electronic vote count software be removed immediately. Fitrakis is granted a hearing on election day. Also an update on the foreclosure crisis and the movement to fight back with CJ Holmes. Flashpoints special commentator “Freewheeling” Frank Sterling takes on issues surrounding GMO’s and California’s Prop 37.
