Today on Flashpoints: Israeli occupation forces continue to shoot at Palestinian fisherman and sink their fishing boats in the water off-shore from Gaza. Also The real reasons what Susan Rice is not fit to be Secretary of State. Bradley Manning’s defense team in court last week asked for a dismissal of the charges, based on his being tortured by his marine handlers. And we’ll talk to California Assemblyman, Tom Amiano, about why he reintroduced the Trust Act in the California Assembly, and why Jerry Brown did have the courage to sign it when it came up for a vote earlier this year.
