Today on Flashpoints, bombs pound the Libyan capitol of Tripoli over the weekend even as NATO back tracks on its calls for Gaddafi to leave. We also talk to the spokeswoman for the non-governmental fact finding mission on current events in Libya. We then talk to Assemblyman Gil Cedillo about the passage of the California Dream Act, a portion of which was signed into law by governor Jerry Brown. Finally we try to make sense of the difference between a debt ceiling and a debt floor with Mark Weisbrot of the Center for Economic Policy Research.
