Africa does not want to be complicit in starting WWIII.. the US war on Iraq will be run from Qatar, not Dijbouti.. Qatar has cut a deal with the US.. the Democratic Party has not voiced any opposition to Bush.. the right wing opposition has been more outspoken.. the complete collapse of the Democratic voice..

Webster was on the audit committee of US Technologies.. UST used prison labor to manufacture items, had severe accouting problems.. William Webster appointed to the accounting oversight board.. a very important position.. about Harvey Pitt's own history.. Pitt was one of the biggest lobbyists for the accounting industry over the last 15 years.. lobbied for the most destructive accounting and corporate laws.. not the only person in the Bush administration under a cloud.. about Lawrence Lindsey.. top consultant to Enron.. picked by Bush to be his top economic advisor.. architect of Bush's billion dollar tax cut.. urged Bush to.. 2 million American have lost their jobs under Bush.. about Larry Thompson.. now in Ashcroft's Justice Department.. was head of the audit committee of Providian Financial (link2).. guilty of predatory lending to the poor, and fraud.. paid a fine of $38 million dollars under Larry's watch.. Larry sold out early.. about Mitch Daniels, has his own energy scandal.. heads Bush's budget committee.. cashed out.. AES tanked, dropped from $54 a share to $2 a share.. the workers decimated.. massive mismanagement.. about Thomas White (link2) (link3) (link4).. Secretary of the Army.. strong Enron connection.. chairman of a major Enron division.. active in the Calif energy crisis.. he misled a Congressional committee. but now, with the Republican sweep, doubtful that he will be called to task.. about Dick Cheney: CEO of Haliburton (link2).. the SEC investigating possible fraud at Haliburton under Cheney's watch.. listed cost overruns as revenue, instead as expense.. Cheney paid a compensation.. huge financial gains from screwey accounting.. Cheney initiated these accounting rules.. oil prices dropping.. the SEC is heading up this investigation.. Public Citizen is not confident that the SEC is investigating.. would rather see an independent investigation.. about GW Bush.. served on the board of Harkin Energy.. experiencing severe financial problems.. Bush used his Harkin stock to take out a loan to buy part of the Texas Rangers.. found out Harkin was tanking.. sold his stock, made a $750,000 profit.. although he was advised not to sell by lawyers.. the letter not mailed to the SEC until one day after the investigation closed.. Bush bases his entire success to this fraud.. we urge a re-opening of this case.. the problem: the outcome of yesterday's election.. a 'Rogue's Gallery of Corporate Criminals'.. about Enron's Andrew Fastall yesterday indicted on 78 felony counts.. will lead to charges against Skilling and Ken Lay.. the lesson from the Republican takeover.. the Democrats.. they have been running to the center.. abandoning their tradition base.. instead of moving to the right, they need to get back to traditional themes.. a party for the working people and the poor.. the Democrats have dirty hands with Enron.. should stop accepting corporate money.. should challenge Republicans on tax cuts for the wealthy..
