Today on Flashpoints: Federal agents swooped down this morning on Oakland’s Oaksterdam University, the state’s first cannabis industry training school. Flashpoints Special Correspondent Jose Alacran Gutierrez, was beaten down and arrested right after he spoke with us from the tense scene earlier today: We’ll play his report, before the arrest, and speak with his partner, who is still trying to find out where he was taken, and Davy D who witnessed arrest: Also we’ll speak to the the Director of Americans For Safe Access about the raid: Also a postumus victory for Earth Firster Judi Bari: as a judge stops the FBI from destroying Key Evidence that could lead to the discovery of who the real bomber was.
