TODAY ON FLASHPOINTS: A large swath of the New York metropolitanĀ  still paralyzed by major storm damage. Thousands of stranded shut-ins, disabled older folksĀ  and young children still facing major dangers. Meanwhile, tempers flare at the gas pumps, as rationing is imposed in New York and New Jersey. We’ll spend most of the show on the on-going east coast disaster. Also a respected civil rights group calls for a federal investigation into massive voting irregularities in Arizona, where 459,000 early ballots remain uncounted and 172,000 provisional ballots are yet to be verified.
