  1. John Ellis says:

President Obama has a stated goal to reduce the size of our military in a way that does not destroy our economy, considering we have had a defense economy for 70 years, since 1939. So he proceeds to:

    (1) Threaten sanctions and possible military action against Iran if it refuses to stop building nuclear electric plants.

    (1) Sets up a dozen new bases in Afghanistan forcing Russia and China to beef up their military.

    (2) Adds three new bases in Columbia forcing Venezuela to buy 6 billion in weapons from China.

    (3) Refuses to end the coup in Honduras forcing all the Americas to go military hardware in a big way.

    (4) Places more restrictions on North Korea causing it to develop a better and cheaper way to build nuclear weapons.

His words go in the reverse direction of Bush, his actions are four more years of Bush, so I guess that is real change we can believe in.
